I moved into my apartment a month ago and I love it.I was so surprised how big and roomy the rooms was,and the closets are big.The office people are very nice,and they fix your problems that you have concerning your apartment very quickly,the gentlemen our maintenance does a great job fixing things that needs to be fixed right the first time.The apartment complex is very safe with alot of lights for safety.Come take a look at Egates apartments they are great.

I enjoy living here at E Gates. I been here 3 years and each year have been smooth sailing and such a fun community to be apart of. Office management/ maintenance are quick to help and always working hard to make things easier living here. I had to give this place a 5 start because of my overall experience so far. Throughout the hole process of applying and through signing my lease Elda make everything sooo much easier I’ve never met an amazing person that will go out of her way to make everything stress free and make sure she does everything she can to help a stranger. The apartment complex is very clean and everything is beautiful I’m excited about starting a new life here with my son and not only that I met a new friend. Sooo if your looking for a place, Egate is your best bet and I promise you won’t regret it.

I’ve been here three years and for the most part it’s a pretty ok place. The new management here is a major upgrade from the old. They are the reason I went from a 1 star to a 5. They respond quickly on the phone, maintenance guys are very nice and helpful and property for the most part is decently kept. I don’t blame management because some people are pigs and don’t pick up after their dogs or leave a chip bag here or there. They do their best though to keep the area neat. The apartments are spacious and I love how big the decks are. Lots of natural sunlight with big windows. Plus having a washer and dryer included is the biggest bonus for me! It’s close to everything which is so nice, including trax and a lake. My only issue is that I wish there was a bit more parking as I get home later and they fill up quickly around that time but other than that give this place a try. With so many apartments getting 1 star, it’s a rare find to land a good one.

I have been with this complex for 1 year now and i could not be happier with my experience!! i was affected by the government shut down and the office totally worked with me and allowed me to be late and not charge me any ridiculous late fees!! On top of everything i had problems with guests that became unwelcome, the office manager lindsey went way above and beyond to be as helpful as possible!! ALL of the staff here are nice understanding and educated! i wish i could resign and stay longer!! i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great complex with great staff!!

These are some really nice apartments. The community is nice too. Lots of kids that play around the park and stuff. The apartments have really nice layouts and are very spacious. The only thing I can think of that is a downfall is sometimes the wind picks up the smell of poop. No idea where it comes from, but it’s smelly haha

I just barely moved in to this apartment and I absolutely LOVE everything about it. The office staff is AMAZING! Liz helped me move in quick and easy. One day Liz wasn’t in but Lindsay was here and I was honestly worried because I thought I would get a different answer for my situation; however, that was not the case. Lindsay was already aware of my application. I LOVE how I don’t have to wait on one specific person to understand my situation. Lindsay and Liz seem very in sync and on the same page, I love it!!! I seriously had thee most fun applying for this apartment then any other place I’ve ever gone. Liz was was definitely not your typical uptight and serious office lady. We had quite the sarcastic conversation. I seriously felt like I was applying with friends that I already knew. I also met Jenny the day I moved in and she is a character haha. Super fun staff and I’m so excited to see them more often. They seriously make it “a beautiful day” here at E gate. Moving on to the Apartment...For the amount space and quality of the rooms, the price is just right! I was a little worried that the walls would be so thin like my last apartment, making every conversation in the building no secret but it wasn’t that bad. It’s such a spacey apartment! I live the Lanai (Patio); I love the storage; I love that I don’t have to share my bathroom (haha); I especially love that I don’t have to spend long hours at another laundromat again. At my previous apartment I have purchased a microwave and I live that this apartment already has a built in one. I love that WiFi and Cable is included in the rent as well meaning, no more long nights at the library or office. My most favorite part of the apartment is being able to have everything I need here, in one apartment. If you’re looking for the spacey and super friendly apartment that has EVERYTHING a person literally needs...look no further, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
